BluePebbles’ vision was formed from experience that an organization needs constant attention and continuous restructuring as it adapts to improve quality,
efficiency, and effectiveness in it’s struggle with growth and change.
BluePebbles’ purpose is to achieve results by applying a methodology that I call "Efficiency in Small Numbers" i.e. looking holistically how roles and responsibilities,
the management system, and the use of technology are put together to streamline operations, reduce management burden and thus allow more emphasis or energy and resources to optimize competitiveness and customer focus.

Why should I consider help from BluePebbles?
As companies grow in size, operational modes naturally tend to become progressively large and unwieldy systems much larger than individuals.
Complexity of the management system grows as the business expands or adapts to change and management thereof becomes a greater challenge.
The “system” however is the tool by which a business executes plans to realize a strategic intent.
A systematic application of relevant metrics and a planned continuous improvement track applied to the effectiveness and efficiency of this critical tool has thus potential added value.
While everyone is busy executing plans and strategy, the health of this business tool however can sometimes end up being ignored or neglected.
But remember that other businesses, including your competition, also have their own management systems.
In this respect, the quality of your management system should be considered as a means to gain a competitive advantage!
BluePebbles can be allocated to focus on the health of your system while you continue to focus on execution of your business.
BluePebbles can also be allocated to fill a short term management gap.
The
BluePebbles approach will be to leverage years of industry experience to professionally consider your management system as a valuable asset,
analyze it objectively as a system, identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate them, propose improvements
to efficiency and effectiveness, and then help you establish a continuous improvement follow up plan.
And what do "blue pebbles" have to do with any of this?!
BluePebbles is my personal metaphor for peaceful resolution based on a vision of such that I had one night while tossing and turning in a dream state
trying to "solve" a frustrating and seemingly unsolvable problem. Upon seeing what I could only characterize as a network or array of blue lighted pebbles did I come to a peaceful
resolution of my dream struggle and dozed back to sleep. So hence the name...
BluePebbles seeks manageable order of the “system” for the purpose of making an organization more competitive.
