Who is John R. Gelm?

John R. Gelm is the creater of BluePebbles and Lead Solution Provider.  Before BluePebbles he succeeded in Defense Electronics, IT, and Telecommunications executing System and Design Engineering, Product Development, and management roles.  He has created, led, and managed business systems and operations for senior management, R&D/Engineering, Product Life Cycle and ODM management.   He is an engineer that likes to solve problems.

BSEE/MSEE.  John is a member of the IEEE and the San Diego IEEE Consultants Network.

John succeeds at business management systems with the experience of a system engineer and analyst combined with the insight that has come from having survived numerous situations as a real world manager.  He has the general attitude that the long term strategic vision of a good manager should be to make him/her less and less relevant to the operations of his/her management system by continuously working to optimize the "system" until the longer term goal of no longer being needed is reached.   Then move on to the next challenge...
